The Bali Beach Glamping was a newly built Glamping Compound in Tabanan, Bali. Featuring 40 Tents in different sizes, an oceanfront restaurant, a siargao style palm, a swing and an infinity pool as well as a beautiful wedding lawn, the Bali Beach Glamping had everything we needed to promote its beauty.

Strategy

Bali Beach Glamping’s Strategy mostly focused on a mix between Paid Ad Campaigns and Indonesian Influencers. We were lucky enough to work with people such as Jessica Iskandar, Jennifer Bachdim, Shandy Aulia, and many more.

The
Results

Due to Covid-19 we had to focus on domestic market, and it was a full success. The Bali Beach Glamping has been profitable thanks to us from the first month.

After 18 months we handed over the project to an internal team that is now implementing our Strategies in order to ensure ongoing success.

From June 2020 to October 2021, we collected over 50’000 Instagram Followers and reached an average occupancy rate of over 80% in the middle of the biggest Pandemic ever.
